During the fifteen years your company has been involved with our Unity Home Manager System, I have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process.  My questions have been  promptly answered either with help via  telephone or a visit to our home.  All members of the company are knowledgeable in the operation of the system and able to explain the workings to a lay person.  They are also considerate, professional, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. Since updating to the Home Manager II I am thrilled with all of the functions that can be operated from the touch pad.  The transition was seamless and during the process we were never without the security system.  Some of the equipment from the original system was able to be utilized  in the upgrade.  All of the employes work well together thus the transformation was fairly quick. I think this company is exceptional and I highly recommend all of their services.
