Series II Home Manager System

The Series II Home Manager System is the perfect upgrade to the popular Unity Systems Home Manager system that was installed in many homes in the late 80′s and early 90′s. The original Home Manager was the first commercially viable home automation system that all others have since been compared with. We are currently the ONLY company that offers a solution that interfaces with the original Unity Systems Home Manager hardware. The new Series II Home Manager utilizes the wiring infrastructure and the temperature control components of the original system, while replacing all other components with the newest, best in class technology equipment available today.

The Lighting & Control Module is completely new and provides the Home Manager owner with full control of all controlled lights directly on the Touchscreen and the most powerful scheduling capability ever available.

With this module, you can directly view the status of all lights on the Touchscreen and change any individual light or group of lights with a simple touch of the screen. You can also easily create conditional lighting schedules. For example, if you get home every night at 8:00 PM, you can schedule any lights you want to turn on when you get home. If you don’t work on the weekends, you can exclude Saturday and Sunday so that lighting schedule only works Monday through Friday. Creating lighting schedules is a great way to maximize energy savings.

The Security/Fire Alarm Module of the Series II System is completely new and offers all that is expected of todays first class intrusion and fire detection systems. New higher capacity touch panels can provide greater detailed information on the Touchscreen (instantly view the status of all the sensors) and at the Central Monitoring Stations.

Often times the control systems that come with pools and hot tubs are very difficult to navigate and are usually confusing for anyone who isn’t well versed with the system. Our pool control modules give you a detailed view of everything that’s going on with your system from a convenient, easy to use Touchscreen interface.

Operate your pool, spa, and any other features from the Touchscreen and easily schedule them for automatic operation. Make sure your hot tub is at the perfect temperature when you get home from a long days work or make sure the pool’s heater is off on those 100+ degree days.

Establish your sprinkler schedules easily from the Touchscreen with this highly capable sprinkler controller that finally brings easy use and high capability to the homeowner from inside the home. You can create up to four schedules with two available start times each. Additionally, a manual override feature is available so that home owners can manually operate any sprinkler or set of sprinklers at any time.

Adjustable moisture sensors throughout the property let the system know when and how much to irrigate, and a rain sensor automatically disables scheduled irrigation events for a predetermined number of days. This irrigation controller is also compatible with drip irrigation systems (standard drip and subsurface drip) as well as micro-sprinklers.

If you’ve embraced the iPad you know the power, flexibility and convenience of the un tethered tablet. Your Home Manager becomes one of your apps on your iPad. You can operate your entire Home Manager system from your iPad. With your iPad you can easily create lighting schedules, water your garden, etc. All of the control available on the touchpanel is available on your iPad.

You can also use your iPhone to operate the primary aspects of the modules included in your Series II Home Manager system on the fly. Remotely arm/disarm your system, check when particular users have entered your home, turn your furnace/air conditioner on/off as desired, view status & control lights, etc, etc.
